Once again, a short (two weeks) adventure has come to an end. As posted on my Facebook page, a beautiful sunset had the pleasure of saying good bye.
With probably the coldest night to date waiting in the wings, the last campfire was most welcome. Unfortunately, others (4) in the group found the stiff southerly breeze and the 53 degree temperatures, a tad much, and retired early even as the smoke from the fire followed them. As the fire pit was situated in front of my RV, I elected to remain outside bundled cozy with sweatshirt and thermal vest to watch the glow of the dying embers slowly fade to black.
Earlier in the day, I had the pleasure of driving up to MB's house for a delicious pasta meal and spent (little) time with Sara & Beca, both home from college (for the weekend.)

Tomorrow is dump it, close it, pack it, move it day. Next adventure October 22nd through the 29th. Till then, take care.
