Photos from around Brook n' Wood

Some photos while hiking around RV Campground.
Here it is Saturday, October 25, 2014, and I'm finally greeted with sunshine and what a wonderful sight it was.


The temperature dropped to a low of 38 last night but, with the sun's help, reached a pleasant 55 and the desire to get out and hike the grounds took hold (for real this time....and during the daytime).  Another incentive to hike and observe nature was the frequent and numerous flocks of geese passing overhead.  As they make their way to warmer climates, as they do each autumn, their characteristics calls announced their flight path.



What follows are some photos I took to remember how quiet, serene, and relaxing being in the woods can be.

    Looks like a lovely campground. I'm sure that it would be spectacular in the summer. A place to add to my list. Nice pictures, by the way. Oh, did they have fried ice cream?
